Hello! I’m Dipika, the founder of Ideation Labs.

My goal is to develop innovation and entrepreneurship programs that help people develop their creative capabilities. I'm a Stanford d.school trained process facilitator, and am currently working on an Adult Learning and Development Certificate from the University of Toronto.

I have worked as a Program Manager with the UAE Ministry of Education, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.

 

My interests include educational design, innovation policy and social entrepreneurship.
