ABOUT 

Hello! My name is Dipika Mallya, and I'm the founder of Ideation Labs: Training & Consulting Services. I'm passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive business impact.

My instructional design philosophy focuses on two key approaches: design thinking and action mapping. Both these methods focus on tangible KPIs and outcomes, and building learning solutions that drive behavior change.

In terms of my background, I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and a Master's degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. In addition, I have completed an Adult Learning and Development certification from the University of Toronto. 

My interests include entrepreneurship and innovation, educational technology and organizational development.
